Since Curt Landes decided to embark on a career in real estate in 1976, he
has placed his clients first, always working hard to meet their wants and
needs. Pure and simple, he gets the job done! He has distinguished himself
as a true professional and top sales executive every year since that time.
His first month in the business, Curt was recognized as the #1 Sales
Executive within his office. Since that time, he has continually been at
the top of his profession in sales volume and professionalism. For his
consecutive years of multi-million dollar sales volume, he has been named
as a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club most recently earning the
Sterling Professional Achievement Award for his continued high-volume
production recognized through the Weber/North Davis Association of
REALTORS®.
Licensed with the State of Utah as a real estate broker, certified
appraiser and general contractor, Curt is a member of the National
Association, Utah Association and Weber/North Davis Association of
REALTORS®. He is owner of Curt Landes Construction Company and
owner/broker of Landes Management Company, a real estate management
company specializing in foreclosure properties. Curt was management broker
for the Veterans Administration from 1985-2005 and marketed and managed
properties for the federal government with the FSLIC, FDIC and RTC
agencies.
As a licensed broker and certified appraiser he has completed advanced
real estate courses with the Commercial Investment Council (CCIM) and Real
Estate Securities and Syndication Institute (RESSI), and the Appraisal
Institute.
In addition to being extremely active in the day-to-day activities of real
estate sales, Curt has willingly made time to serve the local association
and his fellow Realtor associates. He has served as treasurer and director
as well as serving as chairman of three of the local association's
committees: Budget and Finance, Social, and Professional Standards. He has
also served as a member of the Executive Committee.
A long time supporter and property owner on Ogden's Historic 25th St., he
was recently elected to the Executive Board and as Chairman of the newly
established Real Estate Committee for the Historic 25th St. Association.
One of Curt's goals is to increase his already substantial client base
while maintaining the quality service and professionalism that have become
his trademark. It doesn't count to just say you're at the top of your
profession you have to prove it. With over 30 years of solid real estate
experience and hundreds of satisfied clients and customers, Curt already
has his proof.
